We feel education and training give our employees the skills and tools they need to excel in satisfying, enriching careers. Holman companies provide a variety of in-house training programs such as leadership for managers and supervisors, PC/software applications, sexual harassment, customer service, and sales. For new hires we conduct an Orientation Program covering our history, ethics, benefit information, policies and procedures, and applicable laws that affect our business. We also have an extensive Sales Training Program for new sales hires to enhance their opportunity for success in their sales careers. Holman Automotive also supports continuing education through our tuition-reimbursement program. We support our technical employees in attaining certification from the institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). For those individuals with specific needs, we encourage seminars and workshops that will assist them in their professional development. |
